The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond is a well-made, sturdy and wear-resistant garden pond that will enhance even the grandest landscape designs. The still water creates a calm atmosphere in the garden.

The pond, manufactured from 3mm Aluminium thickness, is powder coated with scratch-resistant paint. Order standard colours RAL7021 Black Grey, RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, RAL9016 Traffic White and RAL9005 Jet Black online. Any RAL colour is available upon request; start-up costs will apply.

ADEZZ Aluminium Ponds look equally sublime sitting at ground level or recessed. The pond is suitable for plants and fish, making this water feature a beautifully dynamic garden element. The interior surface of all Aluminium Ponds is coated with polyurea so the metal will not rust internally and remain watertight.

There are two types of Aluminium Pond Walls.

Freestanding Aluminium Pond Walls

Place Freestanding Alminium Walls behind the pond. Freestanding Aluminium Walls can be the same length or depth as the pond, they can be more comprehensive, or they can be narrower. Position Freestanding Aluminium Walls in a central position or position off-centre.

Fixed Aluminium Pond Walls

Place Fixed Aluminium Walls on the edge of the Aluminium Pond (length or width). The width of the Fixed Aluminium Wall must not exceed the width or length of the Aluminium Pond edge.

Waterfalls

Order Waterfalls with the Aluminium Walls. Waterfalls are available with an outflow of 50mm and 150mm. More information is available on the ADEZZ Aluminium Pond Walls product page.

Unpack the ADEZZ Aluminium Pond immediately. Moisture between the packaging and the pond can not remain sealed; it will result in irregular stains.

Each pond has two connections as standard, with 1-inch inner tread. Also, each pond has an overflow pipe which can be easily removed (see CAD drawing).

The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond must be maintained (cleaning and removing limescale). Make sure that the pH of the water is 7 (neutral).

Usage in Winter

You can leave the pump in the water over the winter, providing that you follow the instructions below.

• Remove the plug from the power socket in case of frost
• Lower the water level to at least 10cm below the edge

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
