ADEZZ Retaining Walls have a top edge of 50mmx25mm as standard. All 'Straight' Aluminium Retaining Garden Walls are offered in 100cm, 150cm and 200cm Lengths and measure 20cm, 30cm, 40cm and 60cm high. Fasteners, supplied, make the prefab system easy to install using straight, straight corner and radius corner fabrications.

Roughed Aluminium is a stylish product, skilfully powder coated with a robust adhesive primer and finished with a scratch-resistant coating. The standard recommended colours are RAL7021 Black Grey, RAL9016 Traffic White, RAL9005 Jet Black and RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, and they are available to order online. However, any RAL colour is possible; please contact Riverhill Garden Supplies to discuss your requirements. (note start-up costs and longer lead time apply for non-standard colours).

A flat, solid foundation must always support the retaining walls. If not done carefully, this will reflect in the connections and cause tensions in the product, resulting in damage.

Installation below ground level

Place the retaining walls on the solid foundation. Bolt the components with the supplied materials. First, loosely tighten all the bolts, after which you can fully tighten them.

Provide the retaining wall with a layer of soil on both sides of 10 cm above the base plate for the necessary stability, then fill the inside of the retaining wall further and finish the paving.

Installation on the ground level

Place the retaining walls on the solid foundation. Bolt the components with the supplied materials. First, loosely tighten all the bolts, after which you can fully tighten them.

Fill the inside of the retaining wall and finish the paving. Drill holes in the solid foundation (there are already holes in the retaining walls), then connect the retaining walls to the substrate using plugs or possibly a chemical anchor.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
