With FORNO's company roots in the Burgundian region in the south of the Netherlands, eating together is part of the cultural character, so the designers understand the art of hospitality. The SEARE series is their way of passing this on.

FORNO's range of products for cooking outdoors is beautiful to look at, even when not in use, and the SEARE BOLE is no exception being compact, understated and stylish. It is practical, too; the BOLE's spherical body guarantees ideal heat build-up, resulting in an extremely hot plancha that is deep; the BOLE can hold a large amount of wood, ensuring that the unit quickly reaches cooking temperature. Once lit, the grill heats to 275-300°C in about 15–25 minutes.

The wood-fired SEARE ring (made of 10-mm thick S235 steel), designed to distribute heat steadily over the entire surface, is cleverly fabricated. It slopes inward so excess oil and liquid will not drip from the grill plate, and it is cleaned simply by oiling it and scraping off the residue with a spatula.

Optional Grillset (recommended)

The grill set includes a grill lifter, grill raiser(135mm high) and flush grill (10mm steel). The grill lifter is a handle that allows you to pick up the flush grill to remove it from the SEARE ring. It also allows you to place the flush grill on the grill raiser to create an additional grill at a different height to vary the cooking temperature. The GRILLSET also includes an integrated food bumper to prevent your food from falling into the fire.

The Plancha is easy to maintain and slopes inward so excess oil and liquid will not drip from the grill plate. Clean by simply oiling it and scraping off the residue with a spatula. Apply a final coat of oil to the grill plate before storing it to prevent rust.

Corten Steel

Once exposed to the elements, the Corten Steel will naturally weather. Throughout the weathering process, please be aware that there will be 'run-off' from the Corten Steel that can cause staining.

After several months a protective layer of rust will form that is a natural orange-brown colour; this fixed coating will protect the planter against further corrosion. Riverhill Garden Supplies recommend applying 'Owatrol' varnish once the weathering process has reached this final stage.

We recommend using something other than corten steel within 2 km of a coastline. Clean annually by hosing off dirt with clean tap water.

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
