The head size of Hardwood Pegs is 5cm x 5cm. Pegs can be ordered in different heights of 40cm, 60cm and 80cm and sold in packs of 20.

Order Edging with pre-drilled holes, so the pegs are easy to screw on; TX-20 screws included when ordering Garden Edging with pre-drilled holes; TX-20 screws not supplied when ordering Hardwood Pegs on their own.

Installation Using Hardwood Pegs

Place Hardwood Pegs into the ground to determine the shape of the Edging. Once satisfied with their positioning drive (or concrete), the Pegs into the ground. These are now your anchor points for the Edging to be attached and screwed in place.

How many Pegs do I need?

Straight, Set and Flattened Corten Steel/Galvanized Steel L230cm Garden Edging

For every 2 pieces attached, you will need 7 pegs (3.5 pegs per piece x 10 pieces per pack = 35 pegs for 1 x pack of 10 pieces) or (3.5 pegs per piece x 25 pieces per pack = 88 pegs for 1x pack of 25 pieces).

Straight, Set and Flattened Corten Steel/Galvanized Steel L30cm Corner Garden Edging

You will need two pegs for every L30cm Garden Edging Corner piece.

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland. We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes any ADEZZ, FORNO or FURNS product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Riverhill Garden Supplies easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this so it is very important for that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Riverhill Garden Supplies of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
